A turnkey approach

During the initial stage, where we set the course for the custom initiative, we’ll spend a few hours with you at your convenience getting to know your market and objectives. Once we move into the execution stage, PRISM Media Group handles all of the tactics — we’re a turnkey provider, in other words, and we partner with you setting the strategic course, but we handle the execution, allowing you to focus on other projects.

Survey Options

We can conduct the reader surveys at one or more of the following three levels — each of which provides a greater degree of depth than the previous level.

  • Informal. Brief interviews conducted via e-mail and phone calls with a handful of industry members can provide a general but helpful snapshot of your market.
  • Electronic. A survey hosted by PRISM Media Group and delivered via e-mail can provide more detailed information.
  • Mail. A physical survey with an incentive mailed to your audience can provide rock-solid data about your marketplace with a reliability factor of +-3%.

Either the electronic or mail survey can also be used as a benchmark to measure reader attitudes about the title. Each year, we’ll follow up with another survey to see how we’ve moved the needle on reader attitudes, and to see how their information needs may be changing.
